La città di Gallipoli fa da sfondo all’ennesima storia di un uomo che fugge da una relazione morbosa ed asfissiante. Una donna, metaforicamente rappresentata con una forma surreale vampiresca, segue la preda-amato in luoghi caratterizzati da uno stile che ricorda i boschi fiabeschi mentre l’uomo, nell’intento di sfuggirle, vede costantemente frustrato questo suo desiderio. Le riprese del gimbal fanno scivolare il punto di vista di questo video nelle belle location accompagnando il protagonista verso la libertà che il testo del brano richiama spesso. Così, il videoclip, alternandosi tra la storia dei due ed un playback solo in apparenza slegato da essa, si forma con dinamismo dando risalto alle dinamiche musicali del brano.

The city of Gallipoli is the background of the usual story of a man running away from an asphyxiating relationship. A woman, metaphorically represented as a surreal vampire form, chases the prey-lover in woods that recall fairy’s typical locations while the man, trying to get rid of her, sees his escape desire constantly frustrated. The gimbal shots make the point of view of this video slide through the nice location sticking to the main character and following him towards a freedom that the lyirics of the song often invoke. Thus, the music video, switching between the lovers story and the playback (apparently not connected with the couple’s episode), makes his own shape enhancing, with dynamism, the music’s dynamics.
